Where do you offer service?
We serve West Knoxville and the surrounding East Tennessee communities, including Sequoyah Hills, Gettysvue, Oakleigh, Bridgemore, Bearden, West Hills, Lyons View and Farragut. Travel is available for select projects further afield.
When should I book for Christmas?
Our calendar typically fills by late summer. To secure your preferred installation date, we recommend reserving your consultation in May or June. We accept a limited number of full-service estates each season.
What is the investment?
Every project is fully bespoke and quoted individually after your in-home consultation. Because each home, style, and scope is different, we design and price each installation on a custom basis rather than by package. All jobs begin at a $500 minimum.
Do I need to provide anything?
No. We source everything — trees, greenery, ornaments, ribbons, florals, and accents. You're welcome to incorporate treasured family heirlooms, and we'll integrate them beautifully alongside our curated selections.
Can you decorate with what I already have?
Yes. If you have pieces you'd like to use, we can absolutely incorporate them into the design. When decorating exclusively with your existing décor, a $500 minimum still applies. Details are discussed during your consultation.
Do you handle takedown and storage?
Yes. Quiet, careful takedown in early January and year-round climate-controlled storage are available as separate services — each billed individually. We do not bundle them into packages. Your décor is carefully packed and stored so each season is even more seamless than the last.
Can you work alongside our interior designer?
Absolutely — and we love to. We frequently collaborate with Knoxville's leading interior designers to ensure our seasonal layers honor the work they've already done.
Do you decorate businesses and venues?
Yes. We design for select luxury hospitality clients, private clubs, and boutique commercial spaces. Please inquire for a tailored proposal.
Do you install exterior Christmas lights?
Yes. We partner with a reputable local professional installer for all things exterior, so your home’s exterior lighting is handled by a trusted expert we know and recommend.
