The Process

A simple, elegant journey from first conversation to finished home. Every step is tailored to you.

Discovery Call

We begin with a conversation over the phone to understand exactly what you are looking for — your style, your home, and how you love to celebrate the season.

If you would like to proceed, we then schedule a complimentary on-site consultation where I walk your space and we discuss what you are envisioning. At that point, if you would like to move forward, we begin the design phase.

Design Process

Your design fee covers the full creative planning phase — a personalized concept tailored to your home and style, sourcing from exclusive trade-only vendors, a curated mood board, and a detailed proposal with a complete investment estimate.

Once you approve your design, the full décor investment is collected so that I can begin ordering your selected pieces. A 50% installation retainer is also due at that time, with the remaining balance upon project completion.

Installation

Installation is priced per foot, with all ornament prep completed before I arrive — tags and packaging removed, strings taken off, and my own wire added for strength and a more luxurious finish.

Additional holiday installations — including foyers, staircases, mantels, entryways, and other custom décor — are billed hourly plus the cost of materials.
