Discovery Call
We begin with a complimentary 15-minute call to understand exactly what you are looking for — your style, your home, and how you love to celebrate the season. We’ll also discuss general pricing so you have a clear sense of investment from the start.
If you would like to proceed, we then schedule a complimentary on-site consultation where I walk your space and we discuss what you are envisioning. At that point, if you would like to move forward, we begin the design phase.

Design Process
The design process begins with an on-site consultation, where we walk your home together and discuss the design details — colors, themes, focal points, and how each space should feel.
From there, the design phase covers the full creative planning process — a personalized concept tailored to your home and style, sourcing from exclusive trade-only vendors, a curated mood board, and a detailed proposal.
Once you approve your design, we begin ordering your selected pieces and scheduling your installation.

Installation
Every ornament is prepped before we arrive — tags and packaging removed, strings taken off, and our own wire added for strength and a more luxurious finish.
Additional holiday installations — foyers, staircases, mantels, entryways, and other custom décor — are tailored to your home and included in your custom proposal.
